The Women X Women movement

Hello lovelies, hello June!

May was a fabulous month. It had it’s challenges, but as women you know we rise above every challenge that comes our way. Sadly, I have been noticing quite a bit of hatred amongst women, and often by other women. I choose not to go on a rant about it but I am going to say this, it needs to stop! What kind of life are we creating for our daughters and our sons for that matter. Where is the love?

Therefore I have decided to dedicate this month to the upliftment and empowerment of women. Let’s stop dragging each other down just so that you can climb that ladder… because let me tell you, your success means absolutely nothing if you’re way up there and you are as lonely as all hell.

So here’s what we are going to do. We are going to start featuring other women on our social media pages who we admire, who have been an inspiration to us and who have built other women up on their journey in life. Tell us why she is an inspiration. Please tag me in your posts so that I can repost. We are going to be using the hashtag #CTCurlyWomenXWomen for the entire month of June. Let’s DO this!

Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who. have. her. back! ” Anon
